If a guest cancels a final approved request up to
days before the date of their arrival, their payment will be refunded.
If a guest cancels a final approved request within
days before the date of their arrival, you will receive the cost of
nights hosting plus
percent of the cost of stay, for other nights.
Note that in any case, if a final approved request is canceled by the guest,
the Welcomeland
commission will be deducted from their payment.
